Took care of my subtype two, papulopustular (or acne) rosacea
In August of 2019 I began breaking out in what I thought was middle-aged acne (I was 44). I tried treating it like acne, which didn't work. I went to a dermatologist who diagnosed it as rosacea, subtype two. I was Rx'd Soolantra, which helped a little but didn't work.
In late 2020 or early 2021 I bought Touch after reading up on the various treatments for rosacea, with azelaic acid, niacinamide, and tranexamic acid being three options. Touch has all three, plus kojic acid, which was neither here nor there.
After a couple months of using this my rosacea is no longer active. It did take a while for the bumps and lesions I had to heal and clear up but it stopped new ones from forming! And, it improved the overall appearance of my skin.
In the first photo, excuse the quality, I was lying down. It shows what my rosacea looked like when I first started breaking out. It was either at this level or sometimes worse, until I started using Touch. The second photo I took right before I did this review.
I'm very happy with the results!
This product is so underrated. It’s very effective for those tackling hyperpigmentation and mild acne at the same time. I bought this to see if it could be a dupe for Topicals Faded and I have to say I think it’s very very close in terms of results. This is not as soothing and moisturizing as Faded but I think the oil control and acne control with this is definitely better. If you’re considering between this and the Ordinary Azelaic solution I’d choose this one hands down- I hated the Ordinary’s texture, it pilled so easily and it just never felt like my skin absorbed it as well as this. Definitely suggest for combo and oily skin types. The skin drinks this right up and it plays extremely well with other products in my routine, even with other actives. I pair this with vitamin c serum during the day and definitely thinks it’s upped the ante in how quickly my skin heals and how quickly any hyperpigmentations fade. Im a licensed esthetician and I’ve suggested this to some close clients because of how much I loved the price and results and they all have loved it being in their routines as well. 10/10.

Holy Grail Status
As a self-proclaimed skincare junkie, I like to think that I know my stuff and boy is this stuff amazing! I had never even heard of this skincare brand until one day I decided that Vitamin C was just not working for my acne scars and I needed to try something else. I scoured the internet for hours researching brightening serums for acne and acne scars. I needed something that would hopefully help with my acne, could go under my makeup (aka no grotty gross texture like The Ordinary), work well with my other serums (Farmacy Honeymoon Glow and Retin-A), and most importantly not burn my very sensitive skin! Finally, I came across a serum called 'Faded by Topicals'. I had heard about it in the skincare groups that I am in and thought it was amazing how it had almost every brightening and acne-fighting ingredient that I wanted all in one serum! Unfortunately, however, it was constantly sold out and was not conveniently available on Amazon or Sephora haha. I tried to look for dupes but nothing seemed close until I found this gem! Some angel on the SkinSkool Instagram decided to say that although this wasn't a perfect dupe for Faded, that it was pretty dang close and I gotta say I am more than happy with this serum and would never go to another product. The texture is great, it's a huge amount of product for a serum, it's fairly priced and, best of all, no gross hot dog water scent like with some Vitamin C serums (looking at you Drunk Elephant). Let's just say that I am picky and definitely not shy to spend money on good skincare products and this product is just as good or better than the products I am paying over $50 for half of the amount of product. Thank you Touch for making such an amazing formulation and lemme just say GO BUY THIS NOW!!!
P.S. I'm doing this review after having used the entire tube of this product. I can't really remember how long it has lasted me, but I'm sure it's been at least 4 months of me using this in the AM and PM every day. After not using this for about 2 weeks (cuz I keep forgetting to place an Amazon order lol), I'm noticing more breakouts than usual so I am sure that this is doing something! I've definitely noticed many scars fading and most are completely gone. I'm so happy with this product and rave about it in my skincare groups online! Highly highly recommend it! I also have posted this product on INCIdecoder and all of the ingredients came out as Goodies or Superstars!

Best product ever!
I literally can not say enough good things about this moisturizer. Literally has stopped my horrible inflamed acne and rosacea and shrank a sore on my nose from wearing a mask to about half the size in less than a week. Also has really helped my hyperpigmentation and shed off a lot of dead flaky skin. Has lots of great acids and ingredients that are gentle enough for exfoliation for rosacea and sensitive skin.

Favorite Azaleic Formula of All Time
I was devastated when Touch discontinued their Touch Bright and Clear Serum. I loved that product! I had such good results with their serum. I wrote the company because I could not find the serum anywhere and they advised they were reformulating as a cream. I was disappointed because azelaic acid can be difficult to work with and most creams I have used have been gritty. I received an email that their cream was ready and being sold on Amazon. I took a chance and ordered it. When I applied the cream tonight, I knew this was going to become my new holy grail! The cream melted into a beautiful serum like consistency which just absorbed into my skin. It feels lush and did not dry me out. I love this formula because it contains azelaic acid, tranexamic acid, kojic acid and niacinamide. I had no pilling when I put on my moisturizer afterwards. The texture truly is lovely. I am confident that this will definitely brighten because I have had excellent results with other Touch products. Also, it’s 2 ounces!!! A little bit truly goes a long way. I am very excited about this product and recommend it to those who want to improve the texture and tone of their skin.

Really works over time with consistent use
I primarily use this as a spot treatment to clear up hyperpigmentation and it really helps if used at least once per day at least 6-5 days per week. Spots fade quicker but it is not a magic treatment, it still takes time to clear completely and you must wear sunscreen during the day or visible results may take much longer to appear. I have been using it for 6 months and the product still has a lot left. The only drawback is that it peels a bit so it is not ideal to use as a cream for the entire face or if you are going out in the day, but at night is fine.
