Q. Will your products work for me?

A. We take great care into formulating safe and effective products that work for a wide range of skin types. Our products are carefully crafted by cosmetic chemists and go through dozens of revisions to get things just right. However, since everyone's skin is different, results and experiences can vary quite a bit. Since we only want satisfied customers, if you are unsatisfied in anyway, notify us within 30 days and you're covered by our Guarantee.

Q. Who Can Use Your Products?

A. Our products can be used by men or women. If you're purchasing with intent on having a product used by a minor, we recommend consulting with a physician beforehand. If you believe you have sensitive skin, test on a small area first for a few days. If a reaction or irritation does occur, discontinue use.

Q. What Products Do You Offer?

A. We cater to four broad categories - Keratosis Pilaris, Acne, Anti-Aging and Skin Corrector treatments. We take great care into formulating safe and effective products that work for a wide range of skin types.

Q. What do "clean" ingredients mean?

A. We consider ingredients clean when they are essential to the product's effectiveness and stability while not posing any danger to your skin or health. This means we don't use ingredients like parabens, dyes, phthalates, sulfates, essential oils, or drying alcohols.

Q. Are Your Products Cruelty Free?

A. Yes, none of our products or ingredients are tested on animals.

Q. Are Your Products Paraben Free?

Yes, we are dedicated to providing clean ingredients and don't use ingredients like parabens, dyes, phthalates, sulfates, essential oils, or drying alcohols.

Q. Are Your Products Vegan?

Yes, the Glycerin we use in our products is plant based.

Q. Should I buy both the KP Exfoliating Lotion & KP Body Wash?

A. For very mild cases of KP, using either one by itself can be effective. However, for more moderate cases & for those who've had tried other products that didn't work, we recommend using both the body wash & lotion together.

Q. Can I Use Your KP Exfoliating Lotion Or Body Wash On My Face?
A. Yes, we have customers who use these products on the face with great results but use with caution. These products are formulated for use on the body which has much more resistant skin than the face. If you experience any signs of irritation, discontinue use.

Q. How Long Does It Take For My Product To Arrive?

A. If ordering in the USA, we take one business day to process and ship your order and after that your product should arrive within 3-5 business days for most destinations. Delivery time for international orders vary by destination. During Black Friday and Holiday Season, deliveries may get delayed. Please refer to our Shipping Policy section more details

Q. What Should I Do If My Shipment Arrived Damaged Or Missing Any Items?

A. We sincerely apologize if you received any damaged items or are missing any items. Please email us at info@mytouchskincare.com with your order number and we will be able to assist you with your replacement

Q. What is your return policy?

A. All unopened and unused products may be returned within 30 days of initial purchase date for a full refund of the amount paid (less our shipping and processing fees). Please email us with your order number and we will send you the return instructions. All shipping charges related to approved return are responsibility of the customer.
